Burlington Baptist Church, a welcoming and affirming congregation in Burlington, ON, is seeking a part-time (10-12 hours per week) Music Director. The successful candidate will bring a passion to leadership of the music ministry in blended worship. The church has a two-manual Rodgers organ, a Yamaha upright piano, a three-octave set of handbells and a desire to develop a small praise team. Under the direction of the Minister and the Worship and Pastoral Care Team, the Music Director will be responsible to encourage and develop all aspects of the music ministries in the life of our church.

Qualifications for the position include a professional designation such as ARCT or equivalent, previous experience in a music leadership role including working with volunteers, a growing, vibrant faith, good communication skills, proven ability to work well in a team environment, and proficiency with worship software, A/V technology and live-streaming.
