Burlington Baptist Church is seeking a part-time Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our inclusive and welcoming community. This vital role ensures the smooth running of the church office, assisting staff, volunteers, and visitors alike. As the first point of contact for those reaching out to the church, you’ll provide reception services, manage communications, and offer administrative support to the minister and various church teams.

In addition to handling general office tasks, the Office Administrator plays a key role in coordinating rentals, maintaining church records, updating our website and signage, and managing office supplies. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
